Job Summary
Coordinate the Patient Care Team's delivery of personalized, efficient care while initiating individualized patient and family teaching. Administer medication, including IV therapy maintenance, and implement physician orders while recording verbal directives. Make clinical decisions to prevent, analyze, and resolve patient care concerns, reporting status and referring problems when necessary. Maintain competency in pain assessment and management, ensuring confidentiality of all patient and employee information. Participate in the on-call coverage of the STEMI Team and attend a minimum of six staff meetings annually. This role requires a current state RN license, one year of nursing experience, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and CPR within six months. Critical Care or Arrhythmia courses are required within one year, with cath lab experience preferred. Base pay is up to $20,000 bonus for eligible candidates.

- RCIS Certification
- four 10-hour shifts

Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in ER, ICU, PCU, or telemetry settings
- One year nursing experience in cath lab preferred
- RCIS Certification preferred
