Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Cath Lab

Coordinate the Patient Care Team's delivery of personalized, efficient care while administering medications, managing IV therapy, and implementing physician orders. Initiate individualized patient and family teaching, make clinical decisions to resolve care concerns, and report patient status to prevent adverse outcomes. Maintain competency in pain assessment, ensure confidentiality, and adapt to various age-specific populations within a high-acuity cardiac catheterization environment. Participate in required staff meetings and performance improvement activities as directed.
