Job Summary
RN on a General Medical/Surgical Unit with a Cardiac Acute focus in Vineland. Responsibilities include providing care appropriate to the patient’s age, developing and implementing a patient-centered plan of care, supervising others in care delivery, ensuring adherence to department policies, and coordinating patient care. Requires active NJ RN license, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and Dysrhythmia course within 6 months, with BSN/MSN program enrollment within six months of hire (BSN/MSN graduates preferred). Night/Full-Time position on the Medical/Surgical unit with emphasis on cardiac acute care.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess and maintain a current license in the State of New Jersey as a Registered Nurse.
- BLS required.
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
- Critical Care Course required within 12 months of hire.
- Dysrhythmia course required within 6 months of hire.
- National Certification in area of specialty preferred.
- 8 hours of stroke education required annually.
