Registered Nurse (RN), Campus Care, Full-time

Provide and coordinate campus-wide home health, hospice, and private duty services within the assigned Senior Living Community. Serve as the primary care nurse for all assigned cases, developing client plans of care that prioritize physical, financial, and emotional resources. Teach, support, and supervise client and caregivers, auxiliary nursing personnel, and home health aides. Complete written documentation for medical records, facilitate follow-up coordination with physicians, and participate in client care conferences. Share responsibility for preventing and controlling the spread of communicable diseases and complete required in-service training. Provide monthly health education to Independent Living residents and complete quality reviews of Campus Care clients. Participate in the on-call system as assigned and contribute to the growth of the Campus Care program.
