Job Summary
Conduct nursing assessments to promote resident health and well-being while developing personalized quality service plans. Monitor changing health conditions, educate staff on care procedures, and act as a liaison between residents, families, and the community. Maintain compliance with state guidelines, keep accurate health records, and manage medication according to regulations. Requires current RN license, one year of community-based experience, CPR certification (preferred), and strong communication skills. This role supports our senior living community offering assisted living, memory care, and independent living services.
Required Qualifications
- Have current Registered Nurse License
- 1-year experience as a licensed registered nurse
- Knowledge of basic principles necessary to provide competent nursing care
- Ability to assess human response to actual or potential health problems
- Ability to communicate care well, both written and orally
- Ability to relate to individuals from a variety of diverse ethnic, cultural, and educational backgrounds
- Follow the state mandated guidelines for medication management and community-based care
- Understand and follow state regulations as well as company policies and guidelines
- English language required
