Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse at Bonaventure of Gresham, you will conduct nursing assessments to promote residents' health, develop personalized quality service plans, monitor residents' conditions, educate and guide staff on care procedures, act as a liaison between residents and families, maintain compliance with state guidelines and policies, and keep accurate health records in a senior living community setting.
Required Qualifications
- Have current Registered Nurse License
- 1-year experience as a licensed registered nurse, preferably in a community-based care setting
- Knowledge of basic principles necessary to provide competent nursing care
- Ability to assess human response to actual or potential health problems
- Ability to communicate care well, both written and orally
- Ability to relate to individuals from a variety of diverse ethnic, cultural, and educational backgrounds
- Follow the state mandated guidelines for medication management and community-based care
- Understand and follow state regulations as well as company policies and guidelines
- English language required
