Job Summary
Deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and ensure all care aligns with physician treatment plans and individualized care protocols. Administer medications and treatments per the plan of care while maintaining accurate, timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate high-quality resident care and ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations. Shifts include 7 am - 3 pm, 3 pm - 11 pm, or 11 pm - 7 am with pay ranging from $40 to $55 per hour plus shift differentials. Join a 132-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility dedicated to compassionate, resident-centered nursing in a home-like environment.
Required Qualifications
- A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Massachusetts
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
- Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
