Registered Nurse (RN) [Blount], Family Birth Place, PRN, Varied

Provides clinical direction for patient care in an acute inpatient setting, delivering family-centered care, utilizing evidence-based nursing processes, planning and coordinating care including discharge planning, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Responsibilities include data collection and assessment, developing and updating individualized care plans, delegating tasks, monitoring quality and safety, coordinating with the care team, and supporting patient/family education and advocacy. Requires RN licensure, current practice, and the ability to work night shifts with potential weekend/holiday/on-call duties.
