Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinate resident assessments, and educate families on preventative health and treatment plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers to implement and evaluate care while demonstrating competency within the full scope of nursing practice. May serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel to ensure safe administration of resident care. Work evening shifts from 2pm to 10:30pm, 16 hours weekly including every other weekend and holidays, earning an hourly rate between $39.00 and $48.00 with additional incentives for weekend and late-night hours.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state", "Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications", "An accepted offer will require a drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA)", "Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
