Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinate resident assessments, and implement interventions across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary providers to plan and evaluate care plans. May serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within their scope of competence. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhere to state licensure standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Work evening shifts (2pm–10:30pm) for 16 hours weekly, including every other weekend and holidays, with additional incentives for weekend and late-night hours.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for holiday shifts
- Must be available for evening shifts
- Must be available for 2pm-1030pm shifts
- Must be available for every other weekend
- Must be available for 16 hours per week
- Must be available for Part time schedule
- Must be able to work in a Christian environment
- Must be able to work in a not-for-profit organization

- Must be able to work $39.00 - $48.00 salary range
- Must be able to work $1.25/hour weekend incentive
- Must be able to work $1.25/shift incentive for hours worked during 6pm-6am
- Must be able to work 2pm-1030pm
- Must be able to work 16 hours per week
- Must be able to work every other weekend and holiday
- Must be able to work additional weekend incentive of $1.25/hour
- Must be able to work additional $1.25/shift incentive for any hours worked during the hours of 6pm-6am

Desired Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
