Registered Nurse - RN - Bethany LTC - PT Evenings

Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan and coordinate care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Serve as charge nurse when assigned, delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within their scope of competence. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Work evening shifts (2pm–10:30pm) for 16 hours weekly, including every other weekend and holidays, with additional incentives for late-night hours.
