Registered Nurse - RN - Bethany LTC - PT Evenings

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care for residents, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, providers, families, and residents to coordinate care, manage health maintenance, and deliver preventative services. Delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel while ensuring safe administration of care and resolving service concerns. Work evening shifts (2pm–10:30pm) for 16 hours weekly, rotating weekends and holidays. Earn additional incentives for weekend hours and late-night shifts. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing practice under the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards.
