Registered Nurse (RN) Behavioral Health

Plan, coordinate, and implement patient care for adults in the Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) Unit, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. Monitor and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physicians, and families while assisting with activities of daily living such as hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation. Collaborate across disciplines to manage transfers, discharges, and referrals, and deliver age- and culture-appropriate education to patients and families. Advocate for physical and emotional well-being and participate in performance improvement and continuing education. Provide quality patient care and work other shifts or units as needed, with potential on-call assignments.
