Registered Nurse (RN) Behavioral Health

Plan, coordinate, and implement patient care for adults in the Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) Unit, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. Document care activities, monitor patient conditions, and communicate updates to the care team, physicians, and families. Assist patients with activities of daily living and collaborate across disciplines to coordinate transfers, discharges, and referrals. Deliver age- and culture-appropriate education, advocate for physical and emotional well-being, and participate in performance improvement and continuing education. Provide quality care and work other shifts or units as needed, with potential on-call assignment.
