Job Summary

Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs by reviewing history, diagnostics, and laboratory data. Formulate and implement a collaborative plan of care that addresses patient-specific goals through direct care, delegation, and supervision of the health care team. Evaluate patient response to interventions and teaching, documenting all assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the patient record. Participate in unit or facility shared leadership, mentor staff, and contribute to the improvement of national nursing quality indicators. Full-time, 36-hour week with 12-hour shifts. Hourly wage ranges from $38.42 to $63.35 based on experience, with an additional $10,000 to $15,000 incentive. Relocation assistance up to $7,500 and 90 days of temporary housing provided.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid current or temporary Alaska RN license
  • Associate's degree in nursing
  • BLS certification

  • Ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written forms
