Job Summary
Conduct direct patient care in the Behavioral Health Department using the nursing process, including interview, assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and triage. Perform plan-of-care interventions such as medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and activities of daily living assistance. Collaborate with the interprofessional team to coordinate care, manage discharges, and provide psychosocial support. Monitor and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physicians, and families while delivering age- and culture-appropriate education. Advocate for patient well-being and participate in performance improvement and continuing education. Provide quality care and work other shifts or units as needed, including on-call assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Current Arizona or compact state RN license
- Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Active Arizona or Compact RN License
- BCLS

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Handle with Care certification
- One year of experience
