Registered Nurse (RN) Behavioral Health

Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures at the Mental Health Emergency Hospital. Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum using evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, and compassionate communication. Manage crisis assessment, stabilization, and treatment for children, adolescents, and adults in a 24/7/365 setting with separate areas for different age groups. Work within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to evidence-based care, transition planning, and ongoing recovery support.
