Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health Admissions

Conduct patient admissions and discharges by performing accurate assessments, identifying needs, and initiating appropriate nursing interventions. Provide care tailored to the patient's condition and age while completing timely documentation and revising the Interdisciplinary Care Plan. Perform quality improvement assessments and maintain medical record accuracy for medical necessity. Tuesday-Friday schedule with 40-hour work week. $20,000 sign-on bonus eligible with two-year commitment. Current RN license required; BLS within 30 days, ACLS and PALS within six months.
