Job Summary
Accurately perform patient assessments, identify needs, and initiate appropriate nursing interventions for admissions and discharges. Provide care tailored to patient condition and age, perform timely documentation relating to medical necessity, and complete or revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient. Conduct timely and accurate QI assessments while maintaining 40-hour full-time hours from Tuesday through Friday. This role offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment and includes Basic Life Support, ACLS, and PALS certifications within the first six months.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in state of practice
- Basic Life Support certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
