Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse on Baylor/Weekend at Heritage Hall, you provide compassionate nursing care and establish a sense of belonging for residents, forming deep, meaningful connections beyond tasks. You will bring nursing knowledge to residents’ care, ensure adherence to applicable laws and guidelines, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team. The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active LPN license in Virginia, with a weekend schedule and full-time benefits including medical/dental/vision coverage, 401K, PTO, and more. You contribute to a home-like environment where residents feel valued, heard, and understood, offering not only clinical care but emotional support and companionship.
Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
- Must have an active LPN license in the state of Virginia
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
- Ability to make independent decisions
