Job Summary
Deliver quality nursing care to patients through ongoing assessment, revise care plans based on condition changes, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs. Implement and interpret department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures while functioning productively on an interdisciplinary team. Maintain an active RN license in good standing and demonstrate excellent customer service and judgment. Requires a nursing diploma or degree, one year geriatric experience preferred, and current CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing)
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
- CPR certification must remain current during employment
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year geriatric nursing experience preferred
