Registered Nurse/RN

Lead shift operations as the supervisor in charge, coordinating resident care and delegating tasks to RCAs, CNAs, CMAs, and MTs while monitoring the Wellness Department. Plan assignments to ensure effective coverage, administer medications per physician orders, and maintain accurate MAR documentation. Act as the team leader by coaching staff, enforcing policies, and reporting disciplinary actions. Manage resident charts, respond to emergencies, conduct shift reports, and monitor e-call systems for timely caregiver response. Ensure medication cart security and narcotic counts, while orienting new associates and evaluating their skills. Maintain professional demeanor during interactions and report abuse or significant health changes to the Wellness Director.
