Registered Nurse (RN) - Baylor Day

Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care for residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care while implementing their individualized plans of care. Deliver direct nursing care to patients, supervise care provided by other nursing personnel, and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers as appropriate. Maintain knowledge of documentation requirements, equipment maintenance, and facility policies to ensure compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and patient rights. Work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends as scheduled within a supportive team environment focused on improving patient functional ability and outcomes.
