Job Summary
Lead clinical care planning, complex assessments, and decision-making as a Casual Registered Nurse in a seven-story long-term care community. Oversee medication administration and interventions for residents with unstable conditions, mentor care aides and LPNs to deliver consistent, high-quality care, and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized, person-centred care plans. Ensure accurate documentation in clinical systems and EMR, collaborate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams, uphold health and safety protocols, and model servant leadership and Baptist Housing values.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
- Current registration in good standing with the BC College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM)
- Current First Aid Certificate and Food Safe Certification
