Job Summary
Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care, state, and federal regulations. Follow established facility policies while coordinating resident care with other personnel. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shifts, including assigning work, managing performance, training new staff, and ensuring adherence to facility standards. Day and night shifts available at Aviata at Orange Park. New grads welcome. Competitive pay with 401k match, family health insurance, and a $225 bi-weekly bonus.
Required Qualifications
- current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN
