Job Summary
Oversee patient care and supervise staff as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facility in West Palm Beach. Provide care in alignment with facility standards, coordinate resident care with other personnel, supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shifts (including assignment, performance management, and training), and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations. Must possess an active RN license and have experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities.
