Job Summary
Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care, state, and federal regulations. Coordinate resident care with facility personnel while following established policies and procedures. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during the night shift by assigning work, managing performance, training new staff, and ensuring adherence to facility standards. Requires a current, unencumbered, active RN license with preferred Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation experience. Competitive pay, holiday pay, and 401k match available.
