Job Summary
Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice while following established facility policies. Coordinate resident care with other personnel and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shifts, including assigning work, performance management, and training new staff. Newly licensed Registered Nurses are welcome. Shifts include full-time day and night options or part-time night, with 12-hour shifts and four days off. A $225 bi-weekly bonus is included in the Perfect Punch Program, alongside 401k with a match and comprehensive family health, dental, and vision insurance.
Required Qualifications
- current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN
