Registered Nurse RN

Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and applicable state/federal regulations. Follow established facility policies while coordinating resident care with other personnel. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shifts, including assigning work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring compliance with facility standards. This full-time position requires a current, unencumbered, active RN license with preferred Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation experience. The role is based in Hayesville, North Carolina, at Clay County Health & Rehabilitation, a leading provider of post-acute care services ranging from short-term rehabilitation to Alzheimer's and dementia care.
