Job Summary
Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans, while supervising Certified Nursing Assistants and assigning work. Monitor resident conditions, administer prescribed medications, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care. Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions, while educating families on health conditions and maintaining accurate documentation. Ensure a clean, safe environment and oversee patient care against state and federal regulations. Full-time or part-time roles available with morning, afternoon, and night shift options.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, unencumbered state license
- Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric nursing preferred
