Job Summary
RN on assigned unit delivering nursing care, administering medications and treatments, completing nursing assessments and charting, educating residents and families, collaborating with the care team, assisting with admission/transfer/discharge, communicating with providers and management, directing unit staff, and serving as Charge Nurse as scheduled. Requires an active RN license (multistate) with the 6-Hour Suicide Prevention Certificate and CPR/First Aid certifications. Shift options include Day, Evening, and NOC; benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 401K, PTO, and tuition assistance.
