Registered Nurse (RN) - Augusta Psychiatry Clinic

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans that promote short and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, prioritize actions based on patient needs, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and care provided. Serve as an educational resource for patients and families, listen to concerns, and communicate pertinent information to providers and staff in accordance with confidentiality standards. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, seek opportunities to improve work processes, and contribute ideas to support change implementation. Mentor other nurses through preceptorship, uphold professional standards, and demonstrate integrity in shared governance activities.
