Coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Apply evidence-based practice and clinical decision-making skills to lead efforts creating the safest patient environment across the continuum. Work closely with physicians and robust clinical support teams in laboratory services, infusion therapy, and pharmacy to ensure every patient receives exceptional, coordinated care for benign hematologic disorders, hematologic malignancies, and solid tumor cancers.
