Job Summary
Float RN in Med-Surg across Atrium Health Cleveland and Kings Mountain units. Full-time nights (3 x 12-hour shifts, 7pm-7am) with rotating weekends/holidays. Provide high-quality, patient-centered care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice. Requires RN licensure in state, completion of an accredited nursing program, BLS, and NIHSS within 6 months of hire. Two facility locations in Shelby and Kings Mountain, NC; hospital system-wide care coordination and transitional care responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
- NIHSS certificate obtained within 6 months of hire
