Registered Nurse (RN) - Atrium Behavioral Health Charlotte ED/OBS - FT Days

Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Utilize evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassionate communication, and leadership to create a safe patient environment and positive patient experience across the continuum in the Emergency Department/Observation at a Behavioral Health facility. The role requires completion of an accredited nursing program, active RN license in the practice state, and BLS certification; behavioral health experience preferred. The Nurse will work 3 12-hour day shifts weekly (7a–7p) with weekend coverage as required, participate in triage, ED/Observation workflows, and coordinate care across adult and pediatric patients within a free-standing Behavioral Health facility, contributing to a unified care team and ongoing professional development.
