Job Summary
Deliver skilled nursing care to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, performing comprehensive assessments and administering medications as prescribed. Monitor patient health status, report changes to physicians, and develop individualized care plans while maintaining accurate electronic documentation. Respond to medical emergencies and educate patients, families, and staff on health-related needs. Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations and agency policies in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Requires an active, unrestricted New York State RN license, BLS/CPR certification, and one year of RN experience preferred. Competitive hourly pay and flexible scheduling available at the Brookville facility.
