Registered Nurse (RN) - Assisted Living, Per Diem

Supervise and direct care partners by providing support, encouragement, and direction as appropriate; assess resident needs at move-in and continually evaluate conditions. Promote functional independence while complying with state, federal regulations, and community safety procedures. Facilitate nursing care, monitor emergency call alerts, and respond to resident and family care needs in a timely manner. Utilize the nursing process to identify conditions requiring physician evaluation and report significant medical changes to Team Members, the Physician, and Assistant Administrator of Resident Services. Respond to emergencies, carry out physician orders, document interventions, and proactively participate in move-in and move-out procedures. Provide effective service to residents, families, and guests while assisting in resident education and administrative updates. Lead the team to ensure procedures are followed during emergency situations and build genuine relationships through resident history reviews.
