Job Summary
Conduct daily nursing assessments for residents, evaluate conditions requiring physician intervention, and respond to emergency call alerts. Supervise care partners and coordinate nursing services while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Facilitate resident decision-making, document interventions and outcomes, and lead the team during emergencies. Proactively participate in move-in and move-out procedures, assist in disciplinary actions, and update the Assistant Administrator on administrative concerns. Maintain medical records and build genuine relationships through resident history reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of Accredited Licensed Nursing Program (RN)
- BS Degree, preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and related professional experience
- Minimum of 1 year professional managerial experience in related field preferred
- Clinical observation and assessment skills
- Proficient computer skills necessary to complete documentation, review electronic health records and communicate with team members
- Current RN license
