Registered Nurse (RN) - Assisted Living, Per Diem

Supervise and direct care partners by providing support, encouragement, and direction as appropriate. Assess residents' needs at move-in, continually evaluate conditions, and promote the highest functional level of independence while complying with state and federal regulations. Facilitate nursing care, monitor emergency call alerts, and respond to resident and family care needs in a timely manner. Utilize the nursing process to identify conditions requiring physician evaluation, report significant medical changes to Team Members and physicians, and carry out physician orders. Proactively participate in move-in and move-out procedures, assist in resident and family education, and handle conflicts appropriately. Lead the team during emergency situations, ensure procedures are followed, and build genuine relationships through resident history reviews.
