Registered Nurse (RN) - Assisted Living, Per Diem

Supervise and direct care partners by assessing resident needs at move-in and continually evaluating conditions to promote functional independence. Facilitate nursing care for all residents, monitor emergency call alerts, and respond to resident and family care needs in a timely manner. Utilize the nursing process to identify conditions requiring physician evaluation, report significant medical changes to team members and physicians, and document interventions and outcomes. Proactively participate in move-in and move-out procedures, assist in resident and family education, and handle conflicts appropriately while maintaining adherence to policies. Lead the team during emergency situations and ensure all procedures are followed.
