Registered Nurse (RN) - Assisted Living, Per Diem

Assess resident needs during move-in, evaluate conditions, and utilize the nursing process to identify issues requiring physician evaluation. Supervise and direct care partners, train team members, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures while maintaining medical records. Facilitate nursing care, monitor emergency call alerts, respond to situations, carry out physician orders, and document interventions. Proactively participate in move-in and move-out procedures, assist in resident and family education, and report significant medical changes to relevant team members and family. Build genuine relationships with residents through discussion and review of their history.
