Job Summary
Supervise and direct care partners by providing support, encouragement, and direction while assessing resident needs at move-in and continually evaluating conditions to promote functional independence. Facilitate nursing care for all residents, monitor emergency call alerts, and respond to situations by carrying out physician orders and documenting interventions. Lead the team during emergencies, proactively participate in move-in and move-out procedures, and assist in resident and family education. Report significant medical changes to team members, physicians, and designated family members as appropriate. Required Qualifications
- Completion of Accredited Licensed Nursing Program (RN)
- BS Degree, preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and related professional experience
- Minimum of 1 year professional managerial experience in related field preferred
- Clinical observation and assessment skills
- Proficient computer skills necessary to complete documentation, review electronic health records and communicate with team members
- Current RN license
