Registered Nurse (RN) - Assisted Living, Per Diem

Supervise and direct care partners to support resident needs while maintaining a safe environment. Assess resident conditions at move-in and continually evaluate status to promote functional independence. Facilitate nursing care for all residents, monitor emergency call alerts, and respond to resident and family care needs promptly. Utilize the nursing process to identify conditions requiring physician evaluation and report significant medical changes to team members and family. Proactively participate in move-in and move-out procedures, assist in resident education, and lead the team during emergency situations. Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and state regulations while documenting interventions and outcomes.
