Registered Nurse (RN) Assistant Nurse Mgr-Neuro-Telemetry-FT Evenings

RN Assistant Nurse Manager for Neuro-Telemetry in the evenings leads and supports the unit under the nurse manager, mentors staff, and drives clinical and financial outcomes. Collaborates with physicians and departments to promote patient-centered care, staff recruitment and retention, and governance. Responsible for budget development and monitoring, ensuring regulatory and accreditation standards are met, promoting evidence-based practice, and advancing quality and safety initiatives. Requires strong communication, leadership, coaching, and organizational change management skills; supports staff development and uses data to inform decisions. Holds staff accountable for performance and strives to create a healthy, safe, and productive work environment. Must maintain licensure and nursing administration certification as part of qualifications.
