Job Summary
Assistant Nurse Manager for Neuro-Telemetry nursing unit; supports the nurse manager in leading the unit, mentoring staff, and promoting a center of excellence for recruitment and retention, clinical and business outcomes. Responsible for coordinating staff performance, budgeting support, and implementing lean/quality initiatives; fosters teamwork and collaboration with physicians, staff, patients, and other departments; models professional nursing practice and leadership, drives staff competency, and ensures compliance with licensure, regulatory, and accreditation standards. Requires RN with Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing, active nursing licensure (single-state or compact), BLS (and instructor or equivalent in BLS preferred), and at least 3 years of clinical experience; national nursing administration certification preferred.

- Bachelors Nursing or Masters Nursing
- RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- National certification in nursing administration Upon Hire
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
