Job Summary
BrightStar Care is seeking an RN for in-home assessments, reassessments, and supervisory visits across Las Vegas and Henderson. The role involves clinical oversight, care-plan development, and ensuring compliance with standards. Responsibilities include conducting initial in-home assessments within 24 hours of Start of Care, completing reassessments, supervisory visits for caregivers, evaluating client condition, providing clinical guidance, documenting in a web-based charting system, and coordinating with office staff. Flexible scheduling with part-time or full-time options; hourly pay. Locations focus on Las Vegas and surrounding Nevada areas. The role requires an active Nevada RN license, strong assessment/documentation skills, reliable transportation, BLS, TB testing, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Active Nevada RN License
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience (home care preferred)
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation required
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Current BLS Certification
- Negative TB test (2-step)
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable entering homes where pets may be present
- Strong communication and organizational skills
