Job Summary
Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician's plan of treatment. Implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager, perform medication administration and treatments, and monitor resident conditions while promptly reporting changes. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with physician orders and facility policies, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality resident care. This full-time or part-time role at Aspen Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center offers daily pay, shift differentials, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Massachusetts
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
- Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
