Registered Nurse (RN)

Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician's plan of treatment. Implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager, perform medication administration and treatments, and monitor resident conditions while promptly reporting changes. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with physician orders and facility policies, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality resident care.
