Job Summary
Perform skilled nursing visits including wound care, IV administration, medication management, and patient assessments. Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support, monitor and document patient condition and progress, and collaborate with physicians to update care plans. Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA and CMS guidelines, including OASIS documentation for RNs, while upholding infection control standards and agency protocols. This flexible per diem role offers intermittent visits and private duty shifts for clinicians licensed in Florida. We provide Medivox, an AI-powered documentation tool that reduces charting time via secure voice capture.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida RN or LPN license (Compact License accepted)
- Current CPR certification (BLS)
- Level 2 background screening (AHCA-compliant)
- TB screening and physical (within past 6 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Commitment to punctual, professional care
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Medicare-certified home health
- Familiarity with EMRs (e.g., Axxess)
- Knowledge of PDGM & OASIS for RNs
- Excellent clinical judgment
- Communication skills
- Time management
