Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) providing high-quality care in a collaborative, team-based environment with duties including residents assessments, care plan development with healthcare professionals, IDT coordination to optimize health outcomes, and supervision of CNAs. Requires active IL RN license; LTC experience preferred. Roles available: Full-time, Part-time, PRN.
