Job Summary
Conduct resident assessments, develop care plans through collaboration with healthcare professionals, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize health outcomes. Supervise CNAs while ensuring compliance with IDPH and CMS regulations. This part-time night shift role (6p-6a) offers a salary of $40-$45/hour.
